Harvard study highlights the need for Nesterly

The Joint Center for Housing Studies at Harvard University recently released a report entitled Projections and Implications for Housing a Growing Population: Older Households 2015-2035. The report highlights the impending surge in the older population in the U.S. and the critical need to adapt housing to meet their needs. The researchers found that the majority of adults prefer to age in their own homes, but that in order to facilitate this more service options are needed. Nesterly will play a key role in this transition, connecting empty nesters with the help around the house they need to ensure that they can stay in their homes with minimal difficulties.
